The prices of the products displayed on the SAET SWEETS, SL website include VAT (Value Added Tax), and the price of transportation will be itemized during the purchase process in the payment gateway on the SAET SWEETS, SL website. In any case, the payment gateway of SAET SWEETS, SL always shows the itemized amounts prior to purchase acceptance.
When placing an order, the customer must pay the amount by credit card or bank transfer. Only then will the order be put into production. In certain cases, and in order to prevent possible fraud, SAET SWEETS, SL reserves the right to require customers to use a specific payment method.
Shipping method, costs, and delivery time.
SAETSWEETS.com ships orders to customers residing in the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla through different transportation companies. The shipping cost is automatically calculated when requesting a quote or placing an order, based on the weight of the order and destination. Delivery times vary depending on the quantity ordered and the destination countries. It is possible that for one reason or another, an order may experience certain delays in production, due to product scarcity, late confirmation by the customer, etc. In any case, SAET SWEETS, SL must deliver the products to the shipping address indicated by the customer in the shortest possible time according to the production and shipping times. For orders with delivery in Europe under 20 kg, delivery will be made within 5 calendar days from the date the order was placed. For orders over 20 kg, 10 days are needed. In case of any delay, the customer will be adequately informed. Transportation times may be altered by extraordinary incidents in the transportation company and by difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise. SAET SWEETS, SL excludes any liability for delays caused by the transportation agency, but is committed to replacing any order that has been damaged or lost by such agency within a reasonable time.
Changes, cancellations, and returns of orders.
The user may change or add a new design, change their delivery or billing address, or cancel the order as long as the order has not entered the production process. To do so, the user must send an email to email@example.com with the order reference number, and SAET SWEETS, SL will inform them of the status of their order and whether or not the change or cancellation is possible. For customized products, no changes or returns will be accepted. As these are food products, Saet Sweets will not accept returns once the order has been delivered to the customer. If the return is due to an error on the part of SAET SWEETS, SL, the product price will be refunded along with the initial shipping costs in their most basic form (standard shipping). SAET SWEETS, SL will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product and using the same purchase method used by the buyer.
